SAUSAGE ROLL
5 servings

Ingredients:

1 pack frozen puff pastry
5 pc Frankfurter
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation:

  • Defrost dough. Cut into five pieces, fitting the size of sausage.
  • Place sausage on dough piece, moisten the edges, roll the dough around the sausage and press the ends well together.
  • Place rolls on a cold, rinsed cake tray. Gently poke holes into rolls with a fork.
  • Stir egg yolk with 1 tbsp water and brush on rolls.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Let stand for 15 minutes, then bake for about 20 minutes in preheated oven with 225 degrees.
  • Serve as appetizer.
