GRILLED SAUSAGE STICKS WITH CARROT SALAD
1 serving

Ingredients:

2 thick slices Bockwürst
1 thick slice Bierschinken (or any other cold cut)
1 slice Bacon
2 Cocktail sausages
Oil
2 carrots
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Pinch of sugar
2 tbsp natural oil
1 small tomato
½ onion
Parsley for garnish
1 slice Farmer's bread

Preparation:

  • Poke Bockwürst, Bierschinken (cut in ¼), rolled up bacon and the cocktail sausages in random order onto wooden stick.
  • Brush with oil.
  • Cook and brown stick on the preheated grill for about 3 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, clean and wash then dry carrots, grate coarsely.
  • Make marinade out of lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and oil.
  • Pour over carrots.
  • Place on plate and serve with chopped tomatoes, onion rings and garnish with parsley.
  • Add the sausage stick and serve with slice of bread.
