APPETIZER SALAD

Ingredients:

½ head green salad (any leaf salad)
½ cucumber
1 bunch radish
2 onions
400g Mortadella slices
juice from 2 lemons
1 tbsp half dry white wine vinegar
pinch of sugar
salt
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp fresh herbs
pepper to taste
2 hard boiled eggs

Preparation:

  • Rinse and rip salad into bite size pieces
  • Rinse cucumber and cut into fine thin slices
  • Rinse radish, clean, slice. Place all with cut onion rings into salad bowl
  • Place Mortadella slices into salad
  • Make marinade out of lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and oil
  • Add herbs and pour over salad
  • Peel eggs, cut into cubes, garnish
  • Mix salad when serving
