BOCKWÜRST WITH TOPPING
4 servings

Ingredients:

4 Bockwürst
2 tomatoes
1 green paprika
1 apple
150g shredded cheese
2 hard boiled eggs
50g butter
parsley

Preparation:

  • Cut Bockwürst into halves, lengthwise
  • Cut tomatoes into half, remove seeds and cut tomatoe into cubes
  • Cut eggs, green paprika and apple into same size cubes
  • Mix tomatoes, paprika, apple, cheese and eggs in a bowl.
  • Spread mixture over Bockwurst halves and top with butter flakes over
  • Place onto baking pan and put under the pre-heated grill (oven) for 5 – 8 mins
  • Garnish with parsley before serving
